Our client is a very successful broker based in Bedfordshire and the market leader in its field. They offer a fast growing, fast paced environment, producing continual growth within the group.

Due to expansion, this successful broking organisation are looking for an additional staff member to work as a Commercial Insurance Handler and provide support to the external Account Executives in relation to new business, renewals and mid term alterations. You will maintain accurate client records, discuss and advise clients with regard to their commercial insurance queries, liaise with insurers and process documentation in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Luton office and will have previously worked in a Commercial Account Handler role. You will have a working knowledge of commercial insurance classes of business, good customer service skills, be proficient in MS office, email and internet. You will also be able to work within FSA regulation and compliance procedures.
