Commercial Account Executive (Servicing) – Luton
Salary £30,000 - £35,000

Due to expansion, this well established Insurance Broker is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to service an existing book of business.

The role will be solely to service and retain an existing book of business. You will visit clients at their premises to give guidance and advice on their insurance requirements, keeping within professional standards. You will establish client’s needs and design appropriate solutions, maintain effective credit control procedures and work closely with the internal Account Handlers, overseeing quality of work and supporting with technical and market information. You will ensure compliance is adhered to at all times in line with procedures and undertake training in line with agreed objectives and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments. You will be required to work with the New Business Executives to ensure smooth handover of the business.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience working within Commercial Insurance in a client facing role, preferably within a Broking environment. You will have excellent relationship management and communication skills. Progress with insurance industry qualifications would be preferred. The role is to be based in Luton, Bedfordshire
