Commercial Account Handler – Northampton
Salary £27,000 - £32,000

Our Client is a large Insurance Broking organisation based in Northampton who is looking for an internal Senior Commercial Account Handler.

The Commercial Account Handler will be required to assist the Account Executive with his Commercial Broking and to ensure that all aspects of work undertaken is carried out in accordance with FSA. You will be dealing with new business and the retention and expansion of existing business, to provide clients with a modern, efficient and professional service in all aspects of their insurance needs. You will maintain computer and file records in accordance with company standards, prepare report documentation for clients in a format that is accurate, informative and easy to understand, ensure the client is fully aware of all terms and conditions, including Warranties, which affect their cover pointing out any weakness in the cover and additional options to protect them from risk exposures.

It is essential that Applicants have a Commercial Insurance background covering Property, Liability and Fleets. You will be confident and have the ability to work to tight deadlines, communicate in a clear and concise manner with clients, insurers and colleagues and have computer and word processing skills.
