Telesales Advisor – Northamptonshire
Salary £15,000 - £20,000

Our Client is a leader in its field, providing insurance broking services for commercial and personal lines and bespoke insurance solutions for their clients throughout the UK. This recruiting office is located in Northamptonshire and due to expansion they are looking to recruit an additional staff member as a Telesales Advisor.

Job Specification

• To be responsible for promoting the company by making outbound telesales calls to potential clients.
• Working in the Branch in a compliant and customer focused manner
• Promote the products to achieve set targets.
• Following internal procedures and FSA compliance.
• Undertaking general office based duties as required.

Personal Specification

• Excellent communication skills
• The desire to work to personal and Branch targets
• Previous Call Centre experience would be desired, but not essential
• To develop and maintain good relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Previous experience of working in an insurance environment.
• Enjoys working in a team and possesses excellent organisation skills.
• Is willing to comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
