Business Development Executive
Salary £33,000 - £37,000 plus car allowance and benefits package

Our client is a successful and well established market leader in Commercial Insurance Broking with representation throughout the UK. They are looking to strengthen their team and are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work in their Northamptonshire office.

The role:-

• To build and maintain relationships with commercial insurance clients.
• Conduct face to face meetings to establish the client’s needs.
• Support National marketing initiatives as well as developing local campaigns.
• Maintain service delivery to agreed standards.
• Build and maintain a good understanding of each client’s business
• Provide advice to clients and colleagues on the scope of coverage available for different products.
• Identify key decision makers and facilitate relationships between these individuals and the Company personnel.
• Compliance with Business reporting requirements and FSA regulations.

Candidate Requirements:-

• To demonstrate previous Client relationship management
• An in depth knowledge of commercial insurance.
• Self disciplined and organised
• General business awareness
• IT literate – email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, databases
